Fettle + Fare's concept started 6 years ago when Amanda began sourcing her food from local farms to help her with her battle against Multiple Sclerosis, a degenerative neurological disease.
She found better quality meat came from farms that allowed their animals to graze and eat their natural grass diet. She steered clear of pesticides, preservatives and other food additives which have all helped her live well. Along the way, she has met many others fighting their own health battles who are in need of access to the same high quality foods - and this is how Fettle + Fare was born!
